Austin food companies are striving to find new ways to sell their products.

The farmers’ markets are still open, as are dozens of small neighborhood markets, which usually also feature up-and-coming local brands. A new company called ATX Kit is now bundling some of these products to ship direct to consumers.

According to co-founder Christa Freeland, each shipping kit contains either 5 or 10 shelf-stable products from an Austin consumer goods or CPG company. Each purchase helps fund snack donations to local hospitals.

Each box ($ 49 for 5 items, $ 99 for 10 items) contains the following: Blueberry Cardamom Organic Oatmeal from Oatmeal & Co., Old Gambler Beef Jerky, Concentrated Basil and Lemon Yaupon Tea Concentrate from Lost Pines, Chili Limes -Cashews from Brenham Kitchen and Stroop Club Stroopwafels.

The 10-piece kit also includes the gluten-free granola from Granarly Granola Snacks, the sourdough crackers from the sourdough project, the raw honey from Austin Honey Co., the double espresso shot from Steamm Espresso and a glass of Beba’s Pfresh Salsa.

The boxes will be shipped anywhere in the US in 1-2 days. More information is available at
