Austin, Texas – – Police are investigating after a MetroRail train and vehicle collide at an intersection in North Austin.
One passenger in the vehicle was transported to Round Rock Medical Center in St. David with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. Some customers were on the train and, according to Cap Metro, will be transported to their destinations.
According to Austin-Travis County Ambulance Services, the crash occurred around 11 a.m. in the 31000 block on West Parmer Lane near the Mopac Expressway.
