A new option amid the boom in the ghost kitchen in Austin: Woo Woo Burgers from the team at Z’Tejas Southwest Grill.
The new, purely online concept offers pick-up and delivery to the curb and is operated from the location of the mother’s restaurant on Sixth Street, according to a press release. The ghost kitchen will take orders from Friday.
Expect a menu of burgers (natch), chicken sandwiches, and side dishes. The signature burger consists of a 1/3 pound patty made from a mixture of Angus lining and brisket and topped with tomato, red onion, cucumber, and lettuce. (You can get it with cheese or bacon too.)

“Burgers represent American culture – backyard gatherings, barbecues, nostalgia of the good old days,” said Diego Bolanos, head chef at Woo Woo Burgers, in a statement. “I see Woo Woo Burgers as a great opportunity to connect with the community and our guests.”
