“We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome the Texan community to the Kalahari experience this fall,” said Kalahari owner Todd Nelson. “We have 1.5 million square meters of play area and space to roam. It was a challenging year and what better way to let go of worries and enjoy the time to have fun together as a family and community?”

In response to this challenging year, Kalahari has implemented a number of security measures at its resorts that a representative said will be in place on the new Round Rock property and in compliance with all local and state guidelines.

The company also has a number of cleaning and disinfection schedules in place and requires employees to take their temperatures before a shift and wear masks on the property. In order to keep cash consumption as low as possible, the company offers guests the option of transferring money directly to a room key in order to pay for the costs during their stay at the resort.

In addition, guests are asked to maintain a social distance of at least two meters on the premises, to use the hand disinfection stations offered and to apply appropriate hygiene methods. Read the full list of security measures here.
